Welcome to Age Active

Age Active is a registered charity that provides health and fitness activities for the over fifties in the South Yorkshire area.

What began as a single keep fit class has blossomed into a flourishing organisation with over 500 people attending the classes each week. The organisation is entirely self funded and is financed by the classes and activities themselves.　

Age Active prides itself on making everyone welcome and providing a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere at the classes.
