Enter the reception which is opposite SuperDrug next to the rear entrance of M&S on Chapel Walk

Using the (Lift)
Walk straight forward until you reach the lift on your left
Select button 1 (Upper Hall)
Walk out of the lift and to your right is a small set of stairs, walk down the stairs
The (Committee Room) is the room at the top and to the left of the next set of stairs (Blue Double Doors)
The (Main Hall) is at the end of the passage to your right (Brown Double Doors)

Using the (Stairs)
Walk up the stairs to the Right of the Reception Desk
On reaching the top
The (Committee Room) is the room at the top and directly to the Right (Blue Double Doors)
The (Main Hall) is at the end of the passage to your Left (Brown Double Doors)

The (Lower Hall) is accessible by the Lift Only
